Lomi Lomi
A Hawaiian style of bodywork that uses continuous, flowing strokes to work with the body as a whole—supporting circulation, releasing tension, and helping you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.
This is not a rushed session. About 60–75 minutes of hands-on work is held within a 90-minute container, allowing time to arrive, receive, and integrate. The space before and after the bodywork is just as important—supporting a deeper sense of rest, connection, and completion.

Myofascial Release Therapy
Myofascial Release is a hands-on approach that uses sustained, gentle pressure to address restrictions in the body’s connective tissue (fascia). These restrictions can create tension and limit movement throughout the body. By allowing the tissue time to soften and release, this work supports improved mobility, reduced discomfort, and a more balanced, aligned system.
For this work, please wear loose-fitting clothing such as shorts with a sports bra or tank top, or a two-piece bathing suit, to allow for direct skin-to-skin contact. Please avoid applying lotion or moisturizer beforehand, as it can interfere with the effectiveness of the work.

Please allow a few extra minutes before and after your session. Sessions begin with a brief check-in, and time is needed for the body to settle before and after the work. Bodywork can shift the nervous system into a deeply relaxed state, and this transition time supports a comfortable return to full alertness.
